How do I order this to come to the UK? Wipf & Stock website wouldn't accept my address.

Alison, the UK publisher is Darton Longman Todd. The book won't be published in the UK until the end of October (29th). Wipf and Stock is not allowed to sell books in the UK and vice versa.
T'was "AM said ..." providing the link. I ordered through my local bookstore and watching my mail!
